Additional terms	Our commission structure for affiliates entails earning a fixed commission of €40 for each sale of Facialmask™ products they refer. Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, typically within 30 days after the end of each calendar month. Payment will be processed through the affiliate's preferred method, such as bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed-upon means. We utilize unique affiliate links or codes to track sales, employing a last-click attribution model. Referrals are tracked using cookies with a duration of 30 days. If a purchase occurs within this timeframe, the sale is credited to the respective affiliate. Commissions are validated upon successful completion of the purchase, including payment confirmation and adherence to any applicable return or refund policies. Affiliates are expected to adhere to ethical promotional practices and refrain from fraudulent or deceptive tactics. Violation of these terms may lead to termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of accrued commissions. This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party, with accrued commissions paid out according to the payment schedule upon termination. Facialmask™ reserves the right to modify commission terms with prior notice to affiliates. Payments are processed within 30 days after the end of each calendar month, and affiliates can monitor their earnings and payment status through their dashboard. By participating in our affiliate program, affiliates agree to comply with these commission terms and conditions.

Enrollment: By enrolling in the Facialmask™ affiliate program, you agree to abide by these Program Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility: Our affiliate program is open to individuals and businesses worldwide who are at least 18 years of age. Facialmask™ reserves the right to refuse or terminate enrollment at our discretion, especially in cases of unethical behavior or violation of these terms.

Promotional Guidelines: Affiliates are expected to promote Facialmask™ products ethically and responsibly. This includes accurate representation of the brand and products, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and avoidance of deceptive or misleading marketing tactics.

Commission Structure: Affiliates earn a fixed commission of €40 for each eligible sale referred through their unique affiliate link or code. Commissions are payable on a monthly basis, typically within 30 days after the end of each calendar month.

Affiliate Benefits: Upon enrollment, each affiliate will receive a Facialmask™ valued at €235. To maintain active status in the program, affiliates are required to create a minimum of 5 social media videos or write at least 1 blog post featuring the Facialmask™ within the first 3 months of enrollment.

Tracking and Attribution: Referrals are tracked using cookies with a duration of 30 days and a last-click attribution model. Sales are credited to the affiliate whose link or code was last clicked by the customer before making a purchase.

Commission Validation: Commissions are validated upon successful completion of the purchase, including payment confirmation and compliance with return or refund policies.

Ethical Conduct: Affiliates must conduct themselves with integrity and refrain from engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices. Violation of these terms may result in termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of accrued commissions.

Termination: This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. Facialmask™ reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program with prior notice to affiliates. Upon termination, accrued commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule.

Modifications: Facialmask™ reserves the right to modify these Program Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law: These Program Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Sharing of Information: We may share affiliate information with trusted third-party service providers for purposes such as payment processing, affiliate tracking, and communication. We do not sell or rent affiliate information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention of Information: We retain affiliate information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Affiliates may request deletion of their personal information by contacting us.
